Cancellation Policy - Marélia Institute
Article 1 — Reservation and Deposit
All appointments are confirmed upon payment of a deposit, the amount of which varies depending on the service booked and is communicated to the client at the time of booking. This amount will be deducted from the final price on the day of the appointment.
Article 2 — Cancellation by the customer
More than 24 hours before the appointment: cancellation or rescheduling is possible free of charge. The deposit will be held for a future visit, or refunded upon request.
Less than 24 hours before, or no-show: the deposit is definitively acquired by Marélia Institut and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Article 3 — Cancellation by Marélia Institute
In the event of a cancellation on our part (unforeseen unavailability, absence of the practitioner), the client will be informed as soon as possible. A new appointment will be offered, and the deposit paid will be, at the client's discretion, either rescheduled or fully refunded.
Article 4 — Delays
Any delay exceeding 10 minutes may result in the cancellation of the appointment, in order to avoid impacting the schedules of other clients. This situation will then be handled according to the conditions of Article 2 (no-show).
Article 5 — Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of duly justified force majeure (hospitalization, death of a close relative, etc.), the deposit may be transferred to a future appointment, at the discretion of the institute.
Article 6 — Reprogramming
Reprogramming can be performed:
– online at mareliainstitut.fr
– by phone at +33 7 66 90 44 75
In both cases, at least 24 hours before the initial time to avoid any loss of the deposit.
Article 7 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services to be performed on a specific date or at regular intervals. Therefore, reservations made with Marélia Institut are not subject to a statutory right of withdrawal beyond the conditions outlined above.
